The condo is located at Boulder Bay Resort next to Big Bear Lake. From the condo, you can easily walk to the lake (50 yds) and it's only a two minute drive to downtown Big Bear and four minutes to Snow Summit. You can park right beside the condo to easily load and unload your vehicle. A general store and restaurant are located in front of the complex for your convenience.
The resort also has a tennis court, pool, recreation area, and a hot tub that are located just outside the condo.
